Honoring friend and coach requests is a priority, but requests are not guaranteed. Non-Discrimination & Respect

Our Commitment

Just Compete Sports and Just Compete Sports Foundation are committed to providing safe, respectful, and welcoming experiences across all our organizations, sports, leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, and events.

Every player, coach, official, volunteer, staff member, parent, guardian, and spectator deserves to be treated with dignity. We prohibit unlawful discrimination and harassment based on any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Bullying, threats, discriminatory remarks, and targeted mistreatment are not acceptable during activities or related communications.

Supporting Girls’ Sports

Girls Play Flag Football exists to expand opportunities for girls to learn, compete, lead, and build confidence through football. We are committed to preserving meaningful opportunities for girls and supporting the continued growth of girls’ sports. Girls sports are designed specifically for biological girls. We also offer coed programs that provide additional opportunities for children of both genders to participate, develop skills, and enjoy competition.

Program Eligibility

Each program has participation requirements, which may include age, grade, division, and other eligibility criteria. These requirements must comply with applicable law. Questions about eligibility must be addressed privately with program leadership. Public challenges to a child’s eligibility, harassment, and assumptions based on appearance are not acceptable.

Reporting a Concern

Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or other inappropriate treatment is encouraged to contact the program director or Just Compete Sports leadership using the contact information on the program website.

If the concern involves that person, contact another member of leadership. Reports will be reviewed fairly under our Code of Conduct and Safety & Incident Response Policy. Information will be handled as privately as practical. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in a review is prohibited. Nothing in this policy prevents reporting to appropriate outside authorities.

Accountability

Violations may result in corrective action, restrictions, suspension, or removal under applicable organizational policies and law. Everyone shares responsibility for keeping youth sports focused on learning, teamwork, confidence, and respectful competition.
