Policies & Safety

Our Standards. Your Safety.

Every sport. Every location. One shared commitment to our athletes and families.

Just Compete Sports and Just Compete Sports Foundation are committed to providing safe, positive and respectful experiences across all our programs, including NFL FLAG, Girls Play Flag Football, Touchdown for Tots, YOUNG3 Basketball, NHL STREET and MLS GO Soccer.

Explore the resources below to understand our expectations, participation agreements and safety procedures.

Code of Conduct

Everyone helps create a positive sports environment. Our Code of Conduct outlines expectations for coaches, athletes, parents, guardians, spectators, staff and volunteers, along with how concerns and violations are addressed.

Refunds & Team Requests

Before registering, review our refund policy, including medical exceptions and how to submit a request.

We do our best to accommodate team, coach, friend and teammate requests, but placement is not guaranteed. An unmet request does not qualify for a refund.

Non-Discrimination & Respect

Every athlete and family deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

We prohibit unlawful discrimination and harassment based on any characteristic protected by applicable law. Bullying, threats, discriminatory remarks and targeted mistreatment are not acceptable in our programs or related communications.

Our programs serve different ages, experience levels and participant groups. Questions about program eligibility or placement should be addressed privately with program leadership.

Anyone who experiences or witnesses inappropriate treatment is encouraged to report it. Retaliation against someone who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.

Concussion & Injury Management

Athlete health comes first. Review our guidance for recognizing injuries, reporting concerns, responding to suspected concussions and returning to participation.
